Tier One: Gibbes House
Gibbes House is immediately down the hill from the dance hall. It has 10 bedrooms with interior doors that face the living room. The four first-floor bedrooms also have exterior sliding-glass doors. One of the first-floor rooms is ADA compliant, and there is adjacent parking for campers who need assistance with getting around camp. Six bedrooms are on the second floor. Each bedroom has a private, full bathroom. The bedrooms have varied bed configurations. The large central living room hosts the nyckelharpa classes. Gibbes House has a kitchen. Campers enjoy the common spaces and the large decks on both upper and lower levels for relaxing during free time.

Tier One: Lakeview Cabins
There are four duplex Lakeview Cabins, located on the lower level of campus and slightly removed from the center of activity. Each duplex has a large, screened porch where campers can relax in the shade overlooking the lake. Each of the eight units has a full, private bathroom. Bed configurations are either two twin beds or a queen; two units with queen beds have an additional single bed.

Tier One: Lakeview Lodge
Lakeview Lodge directly overlooks the lake. It is the closest housing to the beaches and lake shore paths, but is farthest from the dining room and campus center. The Lodge has 10 motel-style rooms, each with two double beds, a full bathroom, and an exterior entrance from the upper or lower deck. Four rooms are on the lower level, and six on the upper level. Lakeview Lodge has a kitchen and a large common room that is often used for singing classes. Its full-length decks and front lawn by the lake are welcome spots for relaxing or gathering.

Tier Two: Chapel Line Cabins
The four duplex Chapel Line cabins are located in a row that extends from the Chapel and frames one side of the upper campus. These cabins are a short walk from the Barn, the dance hall, and the dining room. Pine Haven, where the harmony and some fiddle classes will take place, is also close by. Each unit has a full bathroom; seven units have two twin beds plus a pair of built-in bunks, and one unit has a queen bed plus bunks.

Tier Two: College Row
The six College Row cabins are close to the dance hall. Each has a queen bed, or a king bed, plus a pair of bunk beds and a full, private bathroom. A king bed can be arranged as two twin beds upon request. The location is convenient to the Barn, the dining room, and the central green of upper campus. Its shortcut path to the beach passes through the peaceful space with a labyrinth.

Tier Two: Cottage F
Cottage F is a triplex cabin on the upper campus, adjacent to the Chapel Line cabins. It is a short walk to the Barn, and the dance hall is just across the green. Each Cottage F unit has two twin beds and a full, private bathroom. The three rooms share a long porch, where campers can enjoy a good book in the Adirondack chairs or a visit with neighbors.

Tier Two: State Line Cabins
There are four State Line Cabins, located directly down the hill from the dining room. Each unit has a queen bed plus a pair of built-in bunks and has a cold water half bathroom. The private (designated) shower for each unit is in an adjacent shower house.

Tier Two: Tree Cabins
The two duplex Tree Cabins are located more privately in the wooded area behind the Chapel Line cabins. The location is appealing for campers who enjoy being slightly removed from the center of activity but still within a moderate walk to the central green of the upper campus. Pine Haven, where some classes take place, is close by. Each of the four units has a full, private bathroom, a bed that can be made up as a king or as two twins, and a set of bunks.

Tier Three
Tier Three: Dock Road
There are nine rustic, bunk-style Dock Road cabins, each having four lower and three upper bunks and a cold water half bathroom. The Shower House is nearby. These cabins are well suited for triple occupancy. There's room for sleeping on the bottom bunk, and storing one's personal belongings above. The Dock Road cabins are immediately behind College Row.

Tier Three: Inn
There are 19 rooms on the second floor of the Winnipesaukee Inn. Rooms have either one double bed or two twin beds. Common restrooms (designated as men’s and women’s) with showers are located in the center of the hall. A limited number of rooms is designated as single occupancy.
The Inn is a historic building and features a long porch overlooking the lake, a favorite spot for gathering between classes and before meals. The common room on the first floor is often used for other camp activities such as crafts, jam sessions, or games. The dining room is in the lowest level of the Inn, accessed either from the outside or by interior stairs. This lodging is the closest to the ice cream shop and the guest laundry facilities.

Tier Three: Malden
There are four bedrooms on the second floor of Malden, which is located across the green from the dance hall and close to the Barn. Three of the rooms have two twin beds, and the fourth has a double bed. The four rooms share a full bathroom on the hall. The Health Center of Geneva Point Center is on the ground floor of Malden. It is also where the automated external defibrilator (AED) is located on campus.
